HANS GIESKES - The LEXIS-NEXIS Group has announced that Hans Gieskes will step down as president and CEO. The move is in keeping with Reed Elsevier's recently announced strategy to name a global CEO who will head its Legal operations around the world. Until a new global Legal CEO is named, Reed Elsevier CEO Crispin Davis will take responsibility for the LEXIS-NEXIS business.
