ADISNEWS [Adis Newsletters] - STN International

Online Newsletter, Feb, 2002

This database contains information on important developments in drugs and drug therapy, from 1983 to the present. All aspects of drug and drug therapy are covered, including: pharmacology, therapeutics, disease management, adverse drug reactions, pharmacoeconomics and outcomes, pharmacoepidemiology, and pharmaceutical research and development.

The database is derived from three newsletters: 'Inpharma', which provides alerts to drugs and drug therapy; 'Reactions', which provides adverse pharmaceutical reactions from all adverse pharmaceutical events reported in the world's biomedical literature; and 'Pharmacoeconomics & Outcomes News', which is a complete health economics news service. The three newsletters monitor journals, meetings, conferences, and symposia. Database records include complete bibliographic information, the full text of the reports, references to the documents cited by the newsletters, indexing terms, chemical names, and CAS Registry Numbers. The database currently contains more than 63,000 records and is updated daily. [Also available on Dialog as "ADIS Newsletters" - see 'Online Newsletter' January 1997 p.10.] For further information contact: STN International, 2540 Olentangy Road, P.O.
