TRADEMARKSCAN (r) FEDERAL includes all active U.S. trademarks dating back to 1884 and inactive marks since 1984. The database includes the designs/logos for all active trademarks that have them - which numbers over 400,000.

-- Dialog also announced that beginning in 2002, that Dialog OnDisc plans to create DVD versions of all databases which span multiple CD-ROMs, removing the inconvenience caused to customers by loading/networking multiple CD-ROMs. Dialog OnDisc is also offering a free DVD drive to all customers who subscribe to TRADEMARKSCAN (r) FEDERAL on DVD, whether they are existing or new customers.
