Filemaker Pro 5.5 Completes Suite For Mac Os X

Customers purchasing the new Microsoft(R) Office v. X for Mac, just introduced in the U.S., may now complete their suite easily and affordably with FileMaker Pro 5.5 for Mac OS X, the leading Mac OS database software for workgroups and individuals. Office v. X key applications, such as Word X, Excel X and Entourage integrate directly with FileMaker Pro 5.5 for Mac OS X allowing users to leverage critical data in a number of extremely easy ways: import data from Excel X for Mac into FileMaker Pro, for creating reports or for sharing over the Web in just minutes by simply dragging and dropping an Excel X spreadsheet onto FileMaker Pro; use the Excel X File Menu or Get External Data command on Data Menu; drag a FileMaker Pro file from the Finder to Excel X; or simply use the Excel X Import Wizard to select the FileMaker Pro database records to import. Data can also be easily exchanged between FileMaker Pro 5.5 and, Word X and Entourage X for Mac, to create mailings or to send emails.
