Ironspire Enhances Primesite Project Management System - Product Announcement

IronSpire, Inc., a leading supplier of Web-based collaboration solutions for the construction industry, has introduced Precision X-DOC(TM), an enhancement to its PrimeSite(TM) project management system that enables online bid management with electronic data transfer into Timberline Estimating. Precision X-DOC's integration with Timberline Estimating minimizes data entry errors and compresses the time from bid to award, allowing contractors to handle more bids and widen the invitation to bid to a broader spectrum of contractors.

PrimeSite's X-tensible Document Management system supports customized data capture, enabling data in Precision X-DOC to be mapped to each customer's unique implementation of Timberline Estimating. The specific data collected, and how it is mapped to data fields in Timberline Estimating, is defined for each customer using PrimeSite's X-tensible Document structure. The actual bid items are managed per project.

Bid Management enhanced for both PrimeSite and JobSite

In addition to PrimeSite's automated data mapping with Timberline Estimating, both PrimeSite and JobSite, IronSpire's ready-to-use project management system, have been enhanced to offer IronSpire Bid Management. This allows potential bidders to log onto the contractor's bid center, where they can review and download the bid package, drawings, and specifications. Prospective bidders can also browse through the already answered questions in the Request for Clarification area, or pose a new question.
