> American List Counsel (Princeton, NJ) has completed first-round financing for expanding its interactive marketing services business and has renamed it from ALC Interactive to Impower Inc. Found at impower.net, the services feature tools to improve the productivity of Web advertising. Impower also features a network of more than 10,000 Web sites that accept advertising at a fixed allowable cost per response.
