Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc. and Cooking.com have created a "microsite" on Marthastewart.com that features Cooking.com products. MSLO also has entered into an agreement with ecommerce site Bluelight.com to offer MSLO products on the Web site. MSLO will also hold a minority stake of an undisclosed size in the venture. Kmart is the site's major shareholder.
