Fryer Hood

Store Equipment & Design, March, 2000

The Stand-Alone Exhaust Hood from Ballantyne allows food preparers to forgo the expense of permanent hood. Consisting of a three-stage filter system (easily serviceable; removing condensation, smoke and cooking odors), the unit comes complete with an ANSUL AutoMan fire suppression device, and interlock switches that disable fryer operation if all filters are not correctly in place.
