Here's a way to keep those seafood sales going full steam ahead: Use the Sonic Steamer by Panasonic. The steamer is three times foster than ordinary steamers, cooking a 1 1/4 pound lobster in just two minutes or 3 pounds of shrimp in about three minutes, according to its makers. "The Sonic Steamer is arguably the most efficient, safe and economical way to steam, while still maintaining the highest degree of nutrition and product quality," says Kenneth Megarr of Panasonic.

The steamer is equipped with four magnetrons for even cooking. It operates at five different power levels and can accommodate two 4-inch-tall full pans. The steamer is also great for cook-chill and rush situations and easy to clean with the wipe of a towel.
