Three new BACnet addenda just a click away

Engineered Systems, Dec, 2001

The ASHRAE Board of Directors approved three new addenda to the BACnet standard last June. All three addenda were approved by ANSI as American National Standards on September 7, 2001. The final publication drafts of Addendum 135c, Addendum 135d, and Addendum 135e are now available for download at www.bacnet.org.

Paper versions of these addenda will not be published. Their approval clears the way for publication of BACnet 2001, a revised version that incorporates all changes to the standard since 1995. BACnet 2001 is expected to be for sale in the bookstore at the ASHRAE 2002 Winter Meeting next month in Atlantic City, both in hard copy and as a CD version with hypertext links.
