GPS-CAD integration

AMC Inc. has released its GPS2CAD version 3.1 software, enabling design professionals to use recreational-grade GPS units to collect field information and plot it into computer automated design (CAD) programs. GPS2CAD v 3.1 offers compatibility with Thales Navigation's Magellan GPS receivers and Garmin GPS receivers. Features include viewing of imported points on public-domain aerial photos and topographic maps, and exportation of point data to text, Access 2000 and drawing exchange format (DXF) files. The application is designed to work with AutoCAD versions 14.01-v 2004. AMC Inc., Phoenix, Arizona.
