FastraX iTrax03 OEM GPS receiver modules are L1, 12-channel OEM GPS receivers with sensitivity as low as -152 dBm for demanding applications and environments, and include an MMC-card interface for integrated PDA applications such as maps for navigation. The iTrax03/16 features 16 MBit Flash memory for programmability with iSuite03 software development kit, reducing application costs when no external processor is required and the iTrax03 is used as a host controller. The iTrax03/8 with 8 MBit Flash memory is a cost-efficient alternative in applications where NMEA0183 protocol is sufficient and programmability is unnecessary. Form factor is 23 X 23 X 2.7 millimeters, with power consumption less than 95 mW @ 2.7V in continuous mode, or 20 mW @ 2.7V in idle mode. Stated position accuracy is: 3 meters (CEP), 6 meters 2DRMS. Cold start 35 seconds, hot start 8 seconds. FastraX, Helsinki, Finland.
