Kendall-Jackson Wine Estates is launching a program to acquaint wait staff and consumers with three red wines from the Southern Hemisphere. The "Radical Reds" program puts the focus on Carmenere from Calina Winery in Chile, Malbec from Tapiz Winery in Argentina and Shiraz from Yangarra Park Winery in Australia.

The by-the-glass flight program is a mini-encyclopedia aimed at creating a new level of enthusiasm for the reds, featuring a brochure with wine descriptors, food pairings and histories for Carmenere, Malbec and Shiraz. The brochure doubles as a tasting mat. The kit also includes pens and cork screws.
