Bunratty's Potcheen, the emerald isle's original liquor is now available to the U.S. market. The potcheen is produced in the traditional manner from malt, yeast, barley, water and sugar. Predating whiskey and vodka and originally called 'Poteen' or 'Poitin,' the fiery liquor is now available in several sizes from A. V. Imports, including a 750-ml bottle and a traditional 750-ml Potcheen crock.
