Screaming Tropicana
This one comes to us anonymously from Dirty Dan's @ Sportscasters Allstar Grill, Ft. Collins, CO.
1 1/4 oz. Bacardi Limon 1/4 oz. Chambord 1/4 oz. peach schnapps 1/4 oz. Midori 1/2 oz. pineapple juice splash 7-Up
Pour all into shaker filled with ice. Shake, strain into a Martini glass and garnish with orange wedge.
Caribbean Breeze

1 1/2 oz. Ciclon 1 oz. Capt. Morgan 1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Limon 1 oz. OJ 1 oz. cranberry juice
splash soda water
Pour all over ice in a 16 oz. glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

1/2 oz. Apple Pucker 1/2 oz. Absolut 2 oz. chilled Base Energy drink
Pour Base Energy into a glass, and pour the other two ingredients into a shot glass and serve as a Boilermaker.

1 oz. Jose Cuervo 1 oz. creme de banana 1 oz. triple sec 1 oz. sour mix 2 oz. freshly squeezed OJ
Pour all ingredients into a tall glass filled with ice and serve.

Alexis Griswold at the 4 Seasons Santa Barbara calls this one a revamped version of the Mind Eraser
1 part Remy Red 1 part Stoli Gold 1 part Red Bull
Pour the Remy Red into a wine glass and fill with ice. Pour the Stoli slowly and follow with the Red Bull. The result should he layered. Serve with two straws taking special care to place them in the layer of Remy Red. Shoot entire drink through the straw from the bottom up.
Armagnac Passion
John Camire of NYC's Mise En Scene Events, provides this one which serves two.
5 oz. Armagnac VSOP 2 oz. Cointreau 3 oz. freshly squeezed passion fruit 2 splashes club soda 2 sections Star Fruit
Pour Armagnac, Cointreau, passion fruit juice and splash club soda into shaker over ice and shake. Strain into 8 oz. Martini glass, and garnish with starfruit section

Chef/Owner Scott Campbell and bar manager Sam Swarz of NYC's SQC offer this from their extensive Alternitini menu.
2 oz. Stoli Razberi 2 oz. Stoli Vanil 1/2 oz. Chambord or raspberry wine 1/2 oz. blueberry puree
Pour all over ice, shake well and strain into a Martini glass garnished with blueberries.
Knicker-Knocker

1 oz. Ketel One 1 oz. Capt. Morgan Spiced Rum 1 oz. Southern Comfort 1 oz. OJ 1 oz. cranberry juice
splash sour mix
Pour all over ice and strain into shooter glass or serve over ice with an orange wedge and cherry.
