Baileys Komet
This month's starter comes from Michael Vicale of Scarsdale, NY's Central Square Cafe.
1 1/2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
1 1/2 oz. Das Komet Vanilla Schnapps
2 oz. cream
Pour all over ice in a shaker glass. Shake, strain and serve on the rocks or in a Martini glass.
Mint Julep Martini 2 parts orange liqueur 2 parts bourbon 1/4 oz. vanilla vodka 1/4 oz. peppermint schnapps
Shake and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with mint sprigs and/or an orange twist.

Build drink in a tall glass filled with ice using first five ingredients. Float grenadine on top and serve.
Godzilla Mike McGonegal, Sakura, Burlington, VT, offers two sake-based cocktails. 2 oz. Stoli Oranj 2 oz. Midori 4 oz. sake pineapple juice sour mix
Pour first three ingredients in a Hurricane glass filled with ice. Top with pineapple juice and sour mix. Garnish with slice of honeydew melon and cherries.

1 oz. Stoli Razberi
1/4 oz. Chambord
splash cranberry juice
fresh raspberries
Champagne
Combine Stoli Razberi and Chambord in a shaker glass filled with ice. Shake and strain into a Champagne flute. Top with a splash of cranberry juice and Champagne. Float two raspberries on top and serve.
Tsunami (Japanese Hurricane) 4 oz. vodka 2 oz. cold sake 2 oz. plum wine 2 oz. sour mix 2 oz. cranberry juice dash amaretto
Pour all over ice-filled Hurricane glass. Float amaretto and garnish with orange slice and cherries.
Revolution Chartreuse is offering some contemporary cocktail ideas. Here are two. 1 oz. Chartreuse Green 1 oz. light rum 1 oz. club soda 1 oz. grapefruit juice 3 sprigs fresh mint splash lime juice
In a tall glass, crush half the mint. Add lime juice and stir. Top with ice, add Chartreuse Green, rum and mix. Top with club soda, garnish with slice lime and remaining mint.
Chartrusion 1/4 oz. Chartreuse Green 4 oz. vodka 3 sprigs fresh thyme
Shake vodka, Chartreuse and 1 sprig thyme in a shaker glass filled with ice. Strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with remaining thyme.

1 oz. apple vodka
1/2 oz. Bols triple sec
dash Rose's Lime Juice
2 1/2 oz. cranberry juice
Pour all into shaker glass filled with ice. Shake, strain and serve in a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with gummy worm.
