The Vegas Mafia Martini. (Drinks) It doesn't come from Vegas, however, but Newport Beach, CA, and bartender Marcel Doumerc, Muldoon's Irish Pub. 1/2 oz. Turi Estonian Vodka 1/2 oz. peach schnapps 3/4 oz. Remy Red 1/4 oz. fresh pineapple juice Pour all in a shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously and strain into a large (8 oz.) chilled, Martini glass.
