Cheers, July-August, 2004
Pierce Chicken launched the foodservice wing category with the introduction of Wing Dings in 1964, and today, Wing Dings are still considered an innovative product--a meaty, versatile and flavorful wing, fully cooked and easy to serve. The products come with a golden breading and is available in three sizes: original Wing Dings; a meatier Jumbo size Wing Dings; and the super meaty Monster Wings Wing Dings, the largest chicken wing on the market. Fully cooked, Wing Dings hold flavor and texture during the re-heating process.
