Ca' Montini extends its portfolio with a cabernet sauvignon and a prosecco, adding to its existing varietals, pinot grigio and sauvignon blanc. Launched last month, the 2002 cab sauvignon, from Umbria, is from one of the longest bloom-to-bloom harvests in recent years. And introduced this month, the prosecco has clean, fresh flavors of ripe peaches and apples. A.V. Imports is the importer.
