A joint venture involving Grupo Modelo and Barton Beers/Constellation called Crown Imports LLC will import, distribute and market the Modelo beer portfolio of Corona Extra, Corona Light, Modelo Especial, Pacifico and Negra Modelo throughout the U.S. beginning on January 2, 2007.
