SULLIPLUG battles the problems of fruit flies and gnats on beer taps by tightly sealing taps with a brush component. Created by Chicago-area bar owner and restaurateur Brian J. Sullivan, the two-inch long SulliPlug consists of a nylon brush set on a stainless steel base which attaches to an injection-mold plastic plug.
