If you haven't already, start making plans for the 2004 Cheers Beverage Conference, to be held February 17-18 at the Hyatt Regency Irvine in Irvine, CA. Steve Olson will be master of ceremonies, and Chris Sullivan, CEO of Outback, Inc., will be our keynote speaker. Hear from Dale DeGroff (or King Cocktail as he's known around here), MS/MW Doug Frost, the American Beverage Institute's John Doyle, and presentations on demographics and marketing from specialists in the field.

Jimmy Skeadas and Showtenders will once again coordinate our cocktail party.
