 Big Bourbon Bloody Mary

Tabasco brings us this twist on the Bloody Mary.

2 oz. bourbon

6 oz. Tabasco-brand Bloody
  Mary Mix

1 tablespoon fresh lemon
 juice

dash Tabasco Pepper Sauce

dash salt

dash pepper

dash celery salt

peeled celery rib and
 lemon wedge, for garnish

Mix all in a mixing glass. Place top on glass and shake well. Strain
over ice into a small glass. Add garnishes.

 Pilgrim's Apple Turnover

Island Oasis suggests this one on Thanksgiving.

4 1/4 oz. ice cream

1/2 oz. brandy

1/2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream

1 oz. apple cider

graham cracker crumbs

Add all to measuring cup. Blend in blender, then pour into mug. Garnish
with whipped cream and cinnamon.
 Ackel-a-tion Trail

Jen Ackel, bartender, The Daiquiri Deck, Siesta Key, FL, shakes this
drink.

3/4 oz. Crown Royal

3/4 oz. Bols Peach Schnapps

3/4 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum

splash pineapple juice

splash cranberry juice

Combine all in a mixing tin over ice. Shake and strain, add juice to
taste.
 Puerto Rican Iced Tea

Here's the latest one from Bill Davis, Molly's Act II, Lancaster, PA.

1/2 oz. Bacardi Coco

1/2 oz. Bacardi Raspberi

1/2 oz. Bacardi Limon

1/2 oz. Bacardi Vanilia

cola

sour mix

Combine first four, add cola and sour to taste. Shake and pour into tall
glass with ice. Garnish with lime and lemon wedge.
 Black and White Milkshake

Azaza, lounge/restaurant in NYC, blends this creamy shake.

3 full scoops vanilla ice cream
  (must have high percentage of
  butter fat, at least 13-14%)

4 tablespoons Ubet chocolate
  syrup

Capful vanilla extract

4 cups (half of the blender) whole
  milk

The secret to a good milkshake is to freeze the milk before-hand, so
leave milk in freezer until it becomes "slushy." In blender, place
chocolate syrup, ice cream, then vanilla extract, then milk. Blend at a
slow speed. Add milk to thin out if desired.
 Chocolate Colada

Coco Lopez cream of coconut sends us this drink.

2 oz. Coco Lopez cream of
  coconut

2 oz. half & half

2 oz. Cruzan Estate Light Rum

1 oz. chocolate syrup

Mix all in blender until smooth.
 Hpnocrazz

Boru Crazzberry Vodka makes this concoction with Hpnotiq.

1 oz. Boru Crazzberry Vodka

1 oz. Hpnotiq

1 oz. passion fruit juice or
  pineapple juice

splash blue curacao

Shake first three in shaker with ice, then strain into a Martini glass.
Drop blue curacao in the center; it will form blue layer at bottom.
 Gobble-Tini

1 1/2 oz. Smirnoff Cranberry Twist

1/4 oz. Chambord

1/2 oz. cranberry juice

Pour all over ice in a shaker cup. Shake, strain and serve in a Martini
glass. Garnish with 3 cranberries on stick.
 Park Place Bloody Mary

Sharon Butts of the Park Place Restaurant, Louisville, KY, created this
one.

Bloody Mary Mix:

1 quart tomato juice

1/3 cup veal stock

1/4 cup sriracha (chili sauce)

juice of 1 lime

2 tablespoons fresh horseradish

1/4 oz. blue cheese crumbles

1 oz. Finlandia lime vodka

Rim Collins glass with lemon pepper and fill glass with ice. Add
Finlandia lime vodka and fill with remainder (for mix). Garnish with
olives, tomato olives, pickled peppers on a rosemary skewer.
