Women's day in California - Tangled Line

For a record 14th year, the unique Women's Sailing Convention sponsored by BoatU.S. and the Southern California Yachting Assoc. will bring together hundreds of women, from novices to experts, eager to hone their sailing skills. This year's event is Feb. 1 at the Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club in gorgeous Corona del Mar, CA.

Workshops on and off the water are led by women instructors, many of them professional captains, and the $110 fee includes all sessions, a continental breakfast, box lunch and banquet dinner with a special guest speaker. Next June, the Women's Sailing Conference will convene in Marblehead, MA, on June 7, also sponsored by BoatU.S. with the National Women's Sailing Assoc.
