Move over, Starbucks, and make way for Take the Helm Seattle, a special weekend program May 19-20 for women who want to learn more about sailing. From on-the-water classes for beginners to presentations on navigation, weather, medical care and - perhaps most important - overcoming fears, the program will have something for everyone. It's presented by the National Women's Sailing Association.
