London Underground - LUL - Brief Article

London Underground (LUL) is seeking authority for a [pounds]115 million project to connect the East London Line to the Railtrack network at two points in south London. This would enable through services to operate to Croydon, Wimbledon, and Clapham Junction. LUL already has authority for a northern extension to enable services to reach Highbury & Islington.

LUL hopes to open all the extensions by 2005.
