I purchased a Glock 27, used, at my local gun shop. I decided to call Glock to find out about the weapon's history, maintenance, etc.
Having made contact with the Glock office I was politely and efficiently referred to "Ian" in the service dept. I was provided with the information on my Glock and even received a return call at home with more information on maintenance, history and such.
So I tip my hat and send my thanks to the Glock front office staff and Ian. They truly provided customer service above and beyond the norm.
