Our Gun Of The Month prize package for April is this unique pair of Soviet rifles from Krebs Custom Guns and Kalashnikov USA. Gunsmith Marc Krebs has remanufactured these two rifles to specifications as close as possible to the original Kalashnikov design making them perfect for collectors and shooters alike.

The carbine version designated M3 has an overall length of 34", with a 16" chrome lined, hammer-forged barrel Weighing just 6.3 lbs., this rifle is well suited for either defensive or tactical uses, as well as informal target shooting.

The long-range precision rifle features a 21.5" barrel for an overall length of 40". To take advantage of this guns accuracy potential, the rifle is topped with Cobra red-dot scope and quick-detachable side-mounting hardware

Both of these Kalashnikov rifles feature a short locking assembly and balanced bolt to ensure trouble free operation even in the most extreme conditions Each gun has a high- tech polymer coating to resist wear and corrosion Chambered in 7.62x39mm, both of these guns will accept my standard AK magazine.
