Enhanced RAID technology provides for RAID levels 30 and 50 as well as 0, 1, 3, 5, 10 and JBOD. The Synchronix 3000 can notify network operations of any system fault through e-mail, pager, fax and a customized program. Users don't risk losing access to data when adding new disk drives, because the system does not have to be shut down for system changes. A redundant system provides two identical devices for monitoring environmental factors like temperature, fan operation and power-supply status. Adhering to Open System protocols the Synchronix 3000 can become the central data storage for DAS, NAS, SAN as well as any environment. Synchronix3000 is available now.
