Computer Technology Review, May, 2001
Reads CTR for the best technology information in the business.
Over last year, storage has become an important strategic initiative within Ingram. The main focus of this initiative is consistently evaluating and offering the latest storage technologies such as NAS and SAN. To keep up with the storage technology trends, Ingram Micro associates regularly read Storage Inc., CTR and SMS from WestWorld.
In a Fall 2000 issue of CTR, we couldn't help but notice StorLogic's catchy ad, 'Kicking NAS And Taking Names.' What a perfect theme to echo our commitment to building our VAR business and this emerging NAS technology in our own High-end Storage program. We immediately decided to contact StorLogic to explore both their technology and a potential partnership going forward. We were extremely impressed with their next-generation NAS technology and the partnership with StorLogic has been a great success story thus far.
