Snunbose revolvers don't get any more classic than the S&W J-frame .38 Specials that started with the Chief's Special about 1950. This basic five-shot revolver has been made in several variations including the Bodyguard and Centennial, and from regular steel, aluminum, stainless, and now scandium.
