Topic: RSS FeedKahr's .45?
American Handgunner, Sept-Oct, 2005 by Roy Huntington
Yup, and we held it in our sweaty hands. At around 17 ounces, with the polymer frame, think of it as a "biggish" Kahr and you'll get the drift. Same sort of action and feel to it as the small Guys. Called the KP4543, it's a 7-shooter, with six in the mag, and at only .950" wide at the too of the matte-stainless slide, it's pretty skinny.
Overall length is 6.1" and it's 4.8" tall. The gun we handled had a nice, smooth double action pull. Retail price with standard sights is $737 and with the night sights it's $845. We'll review one a bit later, www.kahr.com.
