Ruger rocks

American Handgunner, Nov-Dec, 2008 by David Beacham, Sr.

I just finished reading two articles in the Sep/Oct issue by John Taffin ("Ruger's Evolutionary SR9" and "Ruger's LCP"). A very good explanation on the first striker fired handgun made by Ruger and how it functions. The amino tests and grouping info was very helpful also.

Having owned Rugers of one kind or the other for the past 45 years, the SR9 is going to be my next Ruger to go with my P95DC. Just recently I had to return my P95 to Ruger for a minor problem. I enclosed a note about the problem and shipped it to Ruger UPS overnight. I was very pleasantly surprised that 21 days later it was returned to me. Three to four days later I received a check for the shipping charge.

It's good to see how they take care of their customers. I also enjoy the same feeling from your magazine. Your writers are excellent on firearms, amino, testing, and LE and personal defense issues. Thank you for such a great magazine and staff.
