Nominate a great company for the EdNET Industry Awards

Internet Strategies for Education Markets: The Heller Report, May, 2001

EdNET nominations are now being accepted for the 2001 EdNET Industry Awards. The deadline for entry is July 6, and nomination forms are available at www.hellerreports.com/ednet01/a wards.html.

The awards program has long been recognized for identifying outstanding companies in five categories:

The EdNET HERO awards are given to the organizations having made the most significant positive impact on education through educational technology and telecommunications. The award name is derived from HEller Report, and awards are given in for profit and nonprofit categories.

The EdNET Pioneer Awards recognize the organizations contributing most significantly to the growth of the markets for educational technology and telecommunications during the previous year. The awards are given in for profit and nonprofit categories.

The EdNET Rookie of the Year Award, which includes both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, honors a small, or start-up organization deemed by the judges to have the greatest promise to become a significant player in the education technology industry in coming years.

This year's awards are sponsored by the Florida Educational Technology Corp. (FETC, Inc.), Quality Education Data (QED) and The Learning Company/School Division.

Awards winners will be announced at EdNET 2001. Cosponsored by The Heller Reports and SIIA, the conference will be held Sunday evening, September 9 through Wednesday afternoon, September 12, 2001, at Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington D.C. Nominate a colleague or your own company, and bring excellent work for the education technology industry into the spotlight.
