Ear, Nose & Throat Journal, Feb, 2004
Aztec Medical Products, Inc., announces MediCap USB100[TM]. This device easily captures images from endoscopic video cameras, microscopes, and most other analog video devices and then converts them to digital images with a touch of a button. Images are stored on a removable "Flash Drive." The Flash Drive connects to a USB port of any Windows[R]-based computer, providing immediate downloading of images in JPEG, DCM, PCX, or BMP format.
Aztec recommends this product for office, clinic, and hospital use, wherever medical video is used. MediCap USB 100 is well suited for embedding diagnostic/surgical still images into patient records for "paperless" offices.
