Computergram International, August 24, 1999
AT&T Co went to court last week in an attempt to get Intel Corp to pay its phone bill. It filed the suit last Wednesday over a bill for $5,164.07 plus attorney fees - only to withdraw the suit once the word got out. The company claimed the court action was a mistake due to the fact that it had sent the overdue bill to a collection agency.
