Arbortext Gets $10.25m In Second-Round Funding

Document publishing software house Arbortext Inc has completed its second round of VC funding, collecting $10.25m. The Waltham, Massachusetts-based company which is pioneering the use of XML (Extensible Markup Language) in its publishing system, scored the backing from Invesco Private Capital, Norwest Venture Partners and Access Capital.

it says the funding will be used primarily to expand sales and marketing efforts.
