ObjectShare in Danger of Nasdaq De-Listing

Computergram International, March 30, 1999

ObjectShare Inc, the Irvine, California-based provider of Java and Smalltalk tools, says it is in danger of having its stock de-listed from the Nasdaq market. The financially troubled company says it has a hearing set for May 6 with Nasdaq officials to discuss the company's future on the exchange.

The shares haven't traded over $1 in weeks and closed Monday at just $0.4375, down $0.0625 and well off the 52-week high of $5.25 from which they have been steadily declining for the past 11 months or so.
