Computer Horizons Acquires ICM

Systems integrator Computer Horizons Corp has acquired Integrated Computer Management, a provider technology consulting services to the corporate and legal marketplace. Although no financial details were disclosed, Computer Horizons says the acquisition will be accounted for as a purchase and is expected to be earnings neutral in 1999 and accretive in fiscal 2000.

Based in East Hanover, New Jersey, ICM provides consulting, packaged software integration, customer software development and systems integration services. Its clients include Becton Dickinson, Ernst & Young, Mercedes-Benz, Nabisco, Novartis and Prudential.
