Computergram International, Sept 16, 1999
Daewoo Telecom announced yesterday that it has developed two new PCs designed for easy use by the computer-shy. The 25 centimeter-tall PCs are only a quarter the size of existing desktops, according to a company statement, and come in "two user-friendly shapes, pyramid and cube". They are operated simply by pushing buttons, according to Daewoo. There is no floppy disk drive but four Universal Serial Bus ports instead of traditional serial ports "offering an advanced form of Plug and Play" said the company.
