Register.com Teams With Intuit to Offer DNS Via Quicken

Register.com Inc has struck a deal with Intuit Inc which will see its domain name registration services installed through an icon on the desktop of any Quicken 2000 Home and Business Software user. Users will be able to register their internet domains across any or all of 24 domain extensions while managing their business and home finances.

Register.com was selected as one of the first five registrars to be accredited by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). It offers domain name registration in the .com, .net. .org, .co.uk, .md, .fm and .sh domains.
