Hasbro Inc is to acquire Tiger Electronics Inc for $335m. Tiger, a Vernon Hills-based electronic games manufacturer, launched its first games handheld, Game.com, last year and produces a line of games such as Brain Warp, Lites Out and Giga Pets. Tiger founder, CEO and president, Randy Rissman and senior executive vice president, Roger Shiffman, will continue to operate the company.
