Customers have stayed connected through hurricanes and tornados, so it was no surprise to Maggie Vassilaros, property manager of Miami Center via Crescent Real Estate Equities Limited, that one power failure affected approximately half of the building (over 14 floors) and interrupted telephone access for all non-Intermedia customers. "We are in the business of building, delivering, and maintaining the best telecommunications solutions for our customers. We are committed to keeping our service up and running regardless of circumstance," says Jim Henry, vice president of field operations for Intermedia Communications, headquartered in Tampa, Fla.
