The Alcatel Assessment for VoIP Solution tool is a software solution for assessing the VolP readiness of enterprise networks, as well as ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting. Designed around a PC-based server and the company's e-Reflexes IP phones, the tool provide quality-of-service information through tickets at the end of each call The tickets generated and sent at the end of each call are logged in a detailed report--enabling an accurate analysis of the network. The solution allows enterprises to constantly monitor VoIP performance ant alert network administrators of network impairments that could adversely affect voice quality, including jitter, packet loss, link failure and bit corruption. The tool is platform-agnostic and support multivendor voice and data networks. --Alcatel
