The TalkSwitch 48 NLS system includes built-in auto-attendants, voice mail, remote extensions, music on hold, call hold, transfer, forward and cascade. The system can expand up to 16 lines and 32 extensions, and is designed to be entirely user-configurable. Automatic calf distribution capabilities allow small offices to automatically distribute and queue incoming calls to employee for answering on a priority basis. Customers can do their own setup and perform future moves and changes. Analog phone can be used to avoid costly proprietary sets. Calls to the office can be transferred to any remote phone to be answered, sent to voice mail, or seamlessly transferred back to any office c remote extension. --Centrepoint Technologies
