Quickly pinpoint problems using an intuitive and familiar interface with Merlin Mobile, a Bluetooth protocol analyzer that supports point-to-point and point-to-multipoint connections, and can be utilized virtually anywhere. The tool uses a nonintrusive approach to capture Bluetooth data transmitted in a piconet. The unit is in a PC card form factor and features 32 MB of dedicated recording memory. Decoding is performed at all levels within and above the Bluetooth protocol stack and a transaction-level view of the piconet is available, including timestamp and frequency-hop information.--Computer Access Technology
