The Cable/DSL ProSafe Wireless VPN Security Firewall is an all-in-one package of a switch, access point, router and firewall, with VPN capability. It combines Ethernet and wireless connectivity through an eight-port switch with NAT routing and an 802.11 b wireless access point In addition to its ability to initiate up to 70 dedicated WAN-based IPSec VPN tunnels and up to 32 IPSec-based VPN tunnels on the wireless LAN, the FVM318 has enterprise-class security features, including stateful Packet Inspection firewall, intrusion detection system, and Web URL content filtering.
