With the newly released Voice Analysis Module, the SunSet MTT provides a hand-held solution to install and troubleshoot voice over IP (VoIP) systems. It allows users to verify VoIP service from the customer site and check service quality from the end-user's perspective. The module offers a comprehensive suite of tools for H.323, including simulation, monitoring, decoding and analysis. With the device, H.323 VoIP calls can be placed and received to quickly determine service connectivity. Diagnostic information captured during the call helps isolate VoIP problems during installation. The module's IP testing checks and troubleshoots IP connectivity and routing, while IP throughput tests are used to optimize network performance.--Sunrise Telecom
