Scalable conferencing system - New Products - Advanced Media Design's MediaPOINTE System-Two

Communications News, Dec, 2003

The MediaPOINTE System-Two is designed for multiple participants in a work group conferencing environment, allowing any media source, or combination of sources, to be displayed by the operator on a full screen, in multiple windows on the screen or on multiple screens. There, the media can be annotated using a wireless mouse (or remotely via company LAN or Internet), archived, recorded, captured as high-resolution graphics, dropped to video tape or printed out. Using up to 2-Mbps ISDN and/or up to 3-Mbps IP connections, the system can share, annotate or collaborate on any media source with a remote site, in real time, automatically, by simply pointing at its image using the wireless mouse or touch panel.--Advanced Media Design
