The EZ Switch 10/100/1000 Gigabit smart switches, in 16- and 24-port configurations (SMCGS16-Smart and SMCGS24-Smart), bring the speed of gigabit copper connectivity to the desktop, with key management features and the ease of Web-based configuration. The switches deliver gigabit copper connectivity with 16 of 24 auto-MDIX ports backed by an 8K MAC address table to ensure support for large networks. The switches are 1U high and suitable for desktop or rack-mounting. Features include advanced IP Port/DSCP or 802.1 p-based QoS with rate limiting; WRR; VLAN tagging; broadcast storm control; port trunking; port mirroring; dual firmware images; and Web management security. An easy-to-use Web interface enables users to configure the switches, and view network activity and statistics.--SMC Networks
